Fixfire® completed the turnkey Life Safety System installations for this purpose-built scheme including:
Fire Alarm System. Open-protocol system including ADV range control and indicating equipment with repeater panel at each upper floor level. Category L1 design with audibility levels based on ‘assisted evacuation’.
Fire Door Hold-back devices including wiring to electromagnetic Free-swing Door Closers to all bedroom and day room doors and installation of wall mounting hold back devices to communal area corridor doors.
CCTV externally and internally to main entrance.
