With more than 160 years of automotive interiors expertise, International Automotive Components (IAC) is a leading global supplier of automotive components in 19 countries with more than 60 total locations and employs more than 22,000 people globally.

This significant manufacturing site comprises multiple buildings which are each protected with a mixture of conventional and addressable Fire Alarm Systems.
Over the years, Fixfire has completed major modifications including the installation of automatic self-aligning Beam Fire Detection and HSSD (High Sensitivity Smoke Detection). Due to the nature of the site, works have been completed during the night in a very challenging high-level factory environment.

Fixfire also provides 24/7 monitoring of the systems via DualCom dual GPRS and Land-line signalling devices.
The sites are protected with Ultimex Fire Extinguishers which are mounted on a combination of IdentiStands and IdentiPlates throughout the Factory area.
In addition heavy duty TuffSign Fire Extinguisher/Fire Point and Fire Escape route signage is installed.

The systems are subject to fire fighting equipment and maintenance in accordance with BS requirements.
