Augustinian Care provides care with nursing for elderly frail residents and those with mental health problems in Sussex.

Project Scope

Augustinian Care completed the conversion of an existing Care Home to an Assisted Living Scheme. The insurer stipulated the installation of a temporary Fire Alarm System during the 40 week programme.

HireAlarm™ to the rescue! Fixfire®supplied a Wireless FireSentry™ Fire Alarm system comprising addressable base station and a combined total of 55 Call Point Alarms and Smoke Detectors. The system also employed a wireless 'speech-dialler' to alert key-holders in the event of an activation out of hours.

FireSentry™ Call Points were supplied mounted on FireKart™ trollies complete with Foam Spray and CO2 Fire Extinguishers which were all supplied as part of a complete rental package.
