Manor Court Rest Home is located in Nuneaton and accommodates 24 residents.
Fixfire® has installed and maintained the Fire Safety, Access Control and Call System requirements at this established Care Home since the late 80's.
In order to comply with the recommendation of BS5839 Part 1 2017, the existing conventional Fire Alarm System was upgraded to ‘open-protocol’ analogue addressable operation including installation of new Fire-Resistant Cabling. The system includes an ADVPLUS1 control and indicating equipment.
A CareAlert 600 Call System is installed with Infra-Red receivers to permit remote activation of system via pendants.
CareDoor® monitored Access Control Systems are installed throughout to the main entrance, perimeter exit and staircase doors.
Installation of electromagnetic free-swing door closers and door hold-back devices.
The experienced projects team are used to working in operational healthcare environments ensuring minimum disruption and minimum down-time during system upgrades and replacement.
