Cordelia Court is a purpose-built and expertly designed private care home based in Coventry. It is comprised of two floors and accommodates 23 residents in 21 single and 2 shared rooms (22 en suite).

This project includes upgrade works to existing systems and the installation of new systems throughout the purpose-built extension.

Fire Alarm System. Open-protocol system including ADVPLUS1 1 Loop range control and indicating equipment. Category L1 design with audibility levels based on ‘assisted evacuation’. The system includes automatic connection to the Fire Service via a DualCom device.

Fire Door Hold-back devices including electromagnetic Free-swing Door Closers to bedroom and day room doors and wall mounting hold back devices to communal area corridor doors.

Nurse Call System. CareAlert 600 nurse call system with Call Logging including CareComm™ intercom/access control to main entrance and combined CareDoor™ monitored access control systems to internal doors eg to stairs and CareXit™ to perimeter exit doors.

Fire Fighting Equipment including Ultimex™ appliances and associated Fire Signage.

Fixfire® provides planned and reactive maintenance for all systems and equipment.
