The Old Vicarage Nursing Home, as a part of Central England Healthcare, provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 45 people.
In conjunction with a major refurbishment, Fixfire® completed a full upgrade of the existing Life Safety Systems including:
Upgrade of existing conventional Fire Alarm System with 'open protocol' analogue addressable version including ADV/PLUS 2 Loop control and indicating equipment. The installation involved re-using the existing fire resistant cabling throughout.
Supply and installation of electromagnetic free-swing door closers and door hold-back devices.
Installation of CareAlert600 Nurse Call System and CareDoor® monitored Access Control Systems throughout including CareComm™ to the main entrance, CareEntri™ to internal doors including doors to stairs and CareXit™ to perimeter exit doors.
The experienced projects team are used to working in operational healthcare environments ensuring minimum disruption and minimum down-time during system upgrades and replacement.
Fixfire® provides planned and reactive maintenance for all systems and equipment.
