Fire Door Hold-back devices including wiring to electromagnetic Free-swing Door Closers to all bedroom and day room doors and installation of wall mounting hold back devices to communal area corridor doors.
Nurse Call System. CareAlert 700 speech nurse call system including, Call Logging, CareComm™ intercom/access control to main entrance and Door Monitoring Points to perimeter exit doors. Self-contained access control systems throughout building.
Induction Loop systems to Day Rooms.
CCTV externally and internally to main entrance.
