Currently, 84% of iQ’ s property value is in Russell Group towns and cities with 52% in London.
Arkwright comprises 2 blocks of student accommodation sub-divided into blocks A,B,C and D,E,F,G,H respectively. All blocks have accommodation over 7 floors.
Fixfire® supplied and installed an ‘open-protocol’ ADV/Plus range three loop control panel, new wiring infrastructure and network PCBs. In excess of 1800 fire alarm devices were installed in this project.
