As a specialist sub-contractor to Wates Construction, Fixfire completed the specialist Fire, Access and Security installations including:
- ADV range 4 Loop Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm System with 430 devices. The system incorporates VoidAlert to provide protection to difficult to access void areas greatly facilitating ongoing maintenance and thereby reducing life-cycle maintenance costs.
- Redcare Fire Alarm monitoring
- Disabled Refuge Alarm System with outstations at each stairway refuge position.
- CareAlert 600 Disabled Toilet Alarm System comprising multiple toilet systems and central display unit in the reception area.
- Networked Proximity based Access Control System to over twenty doors.
- Video Access door entry system
- IP based CCTV system
- Intruder Alarm System
In addition a combination of Ultimex range and 'The Prestige Collection' stainless/chrome Fire Extinguishers are installed throughout the communal and landlord areas.
