Smoke Vent Service & Maintenance
Fixfire® provides planned and reactive Smoke Control and Ventilation System maintenance/servicing.
Smoke Ventilation systems must adhere to current regulation BS7346: Part 1, 1990, BS9999:2008 BS5588 and (RRO) The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005.
Each site requires 6 Monthly service schedule carried out by trained engineers to keep all elements of smoke vents in good working order.
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Smoke Vent Control Systems are an important part of the fire defence strategy. Make sure your systems are maintained and in good working condition in the event of a fire.
When a fire breaks out in the property, the major cause of fatalities is not caused by the fire itself, but the smoke.
Therefore, to prevent the vents from failing over a period of time, the smoke vent systems will require on-going maintenance. The maintenance will involve testing and repairing all elements of the smoke vent system including the fire alarm.
